Terms of Service
Effective date: 30 April 2026 · Last updated: 30 April 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of uxnext.com and the UXNext platform, operated by UXNext (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using UXNext you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.
The service
UXNext provides AI-powered and logic-based UX analysis tools for founders, designers, and product teams. The service consists of:
- Free tools — Available at uxnext.com/tools. No account required. No usage limits on free tier tools.
- Registered accounts — A free account lets you save tool results, download PDF reports, and access your history. Creating an account is free.
- UXNext Studio / Executive (coming soon) — Paid tiers with advanced platform features. When available, paid tier terms will be published separately and incorporated by reference.
Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of third parties without their consent.
- You may delete your account at any time from Account → Profile. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use UXNext to:
- Submit content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or violates any third party's rights.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or systematically extract data from the platform.
- Use automated scripts to flood the AI tools with requests (rate limits apply).
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.
- Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
AI-generated content
UXNext uses large language models (currently Anthropic Claude) to generate UX analysis and recommendations. You acknowledge that:
- AI output is generated probabilistically and may be incorrect, incomplete, or inconsistent.
- UXNext analysis is a productivity tool and starting point — not a substitute for professional UX research, accessibility audits, legal compliance review, or any other regulated professional service.
- You are responsible for reviewing, validating, and making your own judgements about any AI-generated output before acting on it.
- UXNext makes no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of AI-generated content.
Intellectual property
Your content. You retain ownership of any content you submit to UXNext (landing page copy, color values, etc.). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that content solely to deliver the requested tool output.
Our platform. All UXNext software, design, trademarks, and generated reports (as formatted outputs) are owned by or licensed to UXNext. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from the UXNext platform without written permission.
AI outputs. UX analysis reports generated for your inputs are yours to use, share, and incorporate into your own work. We do not claim ownership of the analysis content.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- UXNext is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
- Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or £50 if you have paid nothing).
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law (including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).
Availability and changes
We aim to keep UXNext available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will give reasonable notice of material changes that affect paid users.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. We will update the effective date at the top and, for material changes, notify registered users by email. Continued use of UXNext after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
